A Few Things to Know About Measuring Custom Size Tablecloths Before You Order:

There are just a few things we need to know to make your custom size tablecloth, table runner or other table linen. We will need to know the following:

1. Width x Length x Height of table or piece of furniture.
2. We will also need to know how long you would prefer your cloth to drape over the table. It can drape a little or it can go to the floor. That’s your choice. Of course we can help you determine what would be best.   Most prefer 8″ – 12″ for lap level and 29″ – 30″ if you want the tablecloth to go to the ground on a standard size table.
3. We would also need to know what fabric you are interested in. Look around at our fabrics or contact us with an idea of what your looking for and we would be happy to help you.

Once you have your information for your order please contact us at 1-888-933-2671 or email us at contactus@annieshomestore.com. We will be happy to help you!

Delivery times on custom orders vary, but they usually run between 2-7 business days for fabric table linens and 3-4 weeks for vinyl tablecloths, depending on the order size.

The calculations to determine the size of your cloth you need to know:

    • The dimensions of your table
  • The desired drop:

10″-12″ to lap level

15″ for standard banquet tables

29″-30″ to the floor

Once you have these dimensions, to determine the tablecloth size,
add the drop X 2 to each dimension of your table.

Example: Table size is 30″x 72″; desired drop is 12″

12″ (drop size) X 2=24″

Add 30″ + 24″= 54″

Add 72″ + 24″= 96″

CLOTH SIZE= 54″ X 96″

When A Pattern is Needed:

A pattern is only necessary if your table shape is not a racetrack oval shape, a rectangle shape, circle, or square. A racetrack oval shape is like a circle on the ends and a straight away on sides. If you took the middle section out the table it would make a circle. Some tables happen to be more egg shaped on the ends and require a pattern.

We do require a pattern fee of $25.00.

To Make Pattern:

You will need a piece of paper that will hang over one complete end of table, if the table has a split in it. If it does not have split then you will need a piece that is big enough to cover entire table.

Line the piece of paper up with the split in the table where the two halves meet and trace one half of the table. If there is no split, the entire table must be traced by taping one or more pieces of paper together. Lightly secure pattern paper to table using masking tape to prevent sliding or wrinkling. Trace the outline of the table (flat surface only) with the flat side (not the point) of a pencil or dark crayon.
Make sure you write your name, address, and phone number on the paper along with the overall table length and width measurements.

Do not cut pattern, only trace. Pattern will be no good if cut.
